ShineEvent brings events together in one place: concerts, club nights, church services, community gatherings, cultural and sporting dates. The app shows what is on around you — tonight, this weekend or on a date you choose — with the distance from where you are, the venue on the map and directions to it.
You search by event, venue or city, then narrow down by category or music style: afro, latino, hip-hop, gospel, electro and more. Anything you like is saved with one tap and lands in “My events”; a reminder reaches you the evening before, and if the date or the venue changes, the change is flagged. None of this requires an account.
For organisers — associations, churches, clubs, promoters, artists — publishing takes three minutes and needs no password: a link sent by e-mail is enough. A weekly club night or a monthly service is entered once and only once. Every published event produces a poster ready to share on WhatsApp, carrying a QR code back to its page. The organiser area shows views and clicks, and lets you correct a detail, cancel a date or end a series.
Publishing is free during the launch phase. Student associations stay free for life once their status has been verified; churches and other associations move to a reduced rate afterwards.
