The project
FashionsPower is an African fashion online store. The goal: a real e-commerce platform — not a shop sitting on a third-party service — with a variant catalogue, payments, returns, retention automations and supplier imports, all manageable by a single person.
We built the complete platform: a trilingual FR/EN/DE storefront with translated URLs per language, and a back office of more than 30 screens with 4 role levels.
The storefront
- A variant catalogue — sizes per product, trilingual categories, full-text search
- Online payment — Stripe and PayPal, VAT calculation, promo codes (percentage or amount, usage limits, validity dates)
- In-house gift cards — with balance, code and expiry date
- Order tracking — tracking number and status history available online
- Self-service returns — a return/refund form connected to the back office
- Product reviews — rated 1 to 5, moderated before publication
- Back-in-stock alerts — "notify me" on sold-out products
- Automatic retention — abandoned cart reminders and post-delivery review requests, both automatic
- Newsletter with a welcome offer, GDPR-compliant analytics, cookie banner

Catalogue management
- Products — multilingual editing, variants, images, pricing; supplier CSV import to load an entire catalogue; exports
