The project

FashionsPower is an African fashion online store. The goal: a real e-commerce platform — not a shop sitting on a third-party service — with a variant catalogue, payments, returns, retention automations and supplier imports, all manageable by a single person.

We built the complete platform: a trilingual FR/EN/DE storefront with translated URLs per language, and a back office of more than 30 screens with 4 role levels.

The storefront

  1. A variant catalogue — sizes per product, trilingual categories, full-text search
  2. Online payment — Stripe and PayPal, VAT calculation, promo codes (percentage or amount, usage limits, validity dates)
  3. In-house gift cards — with balance, code and expiry date
  4. Order tracking — tracking number and status history available online
  5. Self-service returns — a return/refund form connected to the back office
  6. Product reviews — rated 1 to 5, moderated before publication
  7. Back-in-stock alerts — "notify me" on sold-out products
  8. Automatic retention — abandoned cart reminders and post-delivery review requests, both automatic
  9. Newsletter with a welcome offer, GDPR-compliant analytics, cookie banner

The back office — the store in control

Catalogue management

  1. Products — multilingual editing, variants, images, pricing; supplier CSV import to load an entire catalogue; exports
  2. Trilingual categories, centralised image management
  3. Built-in CMS — editable multilingual content pages
  4. Built-in automatic translation of product sheets

Operations

  1. Orders — list, detail with payment history, tracking, status changes
  2. Customers, returns, stock alerts, messages
  3. Coupons and gift cards (with a visual preview before sending)
  4. Reviews — moderation
  5. Social media posts and a configurable Instagram feed

Insights & security

  1. Sales statistics with charts
  2. 4 access roles (super admin, admin, editor, viewer), audit log
  3. Payment, shipping and email settings managed independently
