The project
The Gloria Dental Practice has been welcoming patients in Douala for more than twenty years. The practice needed a website that does what a waiting room cannot: reassure BEFORE the first visit, explain the treatments, show the results and turn that trust into booked appointments.
We built a bilingual FR/EN website specifically designed for the medical sector — a clean, reassuring design — backed by a complete back office of around twenty screens.
The public website
- 6 detailed treatment pages — cosmetic dentistry, whitening, implants, orthodontics, surgery, prosthetics — each with benefits, a step-by-step walkthrough and a gallery
- A "First visit" page — the full welcome process, to take the stress out of the first appointment
- An Emergencies page — 4 dental emergency situations, the right reflex for each one, and direct contact
- Multi-channel appointment booking — form, WhatsApp or direct call, all tracked in the back office
- Patient reviews — submitted by patients, moderated before publication, and exposed to Google as structured data (stars in search results)
- A health blog — editorial articles with scheduled publication and automatic unpublishing
- Team and gallery — photos of the practice and its work, team presentation
- Local SEO for Douala — geo-targeted titles, complete structured data, Google and Bing indexing
