AfriSkills connects African talent — artisans, freelancers, professionals — with international clients. Its founding principle fits in one sentence: every profile is verified by a human before becoming visible. No automatic approval: trust is what gives the platform its value.
What you'll find
- Talent search — by skill, country and postal code, across 24 job categories and 30 covered countries
- Complete profiles — profession, description, location, service radius, contacts, social networks
- An automatic quality score — client reviews, verification and featuring combine into a score out of 100 with automatic badges (Top Rated, Well Rated, New Talent)
- Client reviews — rated 1 to 5, moderated before publication
- Self-service sign-up — the submitted profile goes into a queue, is manually verified point by point (real identity, authentic photo, profession consistency…), then the talent automatically receives approval or the reason for rejection
Trust cannot be automated: every profile passes through human hands before going live.
