COVID-19:

Due to the impacts of COVID-19, many countries have taken emergency measures. As many of our supplier countries are recovering from the coronavirus, Shinenow is able to process orders normally. However, if the destination country has transportation restrictions and causes delays, Shinenow will not accept disputes and returns.

Additionally, flights to Canada have been reduced. The Canada Post must refund orders. For new packages, processing and delivery will be delayed. For deliveries in Canada, the delivery time should be at least 25 to 45 days or more depending on flight schedule and the current processing speed of Canadian customs.
